Time-lapse voltage imaging of glomerular layer of the olfactory bulb in vivo using SeeDB-Live
Description
Odor responses of mitral cells of the olfactory bulb in anesthetized mouse. In the mitral cells, Voltron2 was expressed. Voltage change in the dendrites of the mitral cell in response to odor stimulation (1% amyl acetate) were imaged. The odor was delivered to a mouse nose for 5 seconds at 1 litter per minute. The brain surface was perfused with SeeDB-Live, and imaging was conducted before, during and after application of the odor.
