Time-lapse images of glomerular layer in the olfactory bulb in vivo expressing Voltron2 after clearing with SeeDB-Live
Description
Time-lapse images of mitral cells expressing Voltron2 in the olfactory bulb of an anesthetized mouse after clearing with SeeDB-Live. Voltron2 was specifically and sparsely expressed in mitral/tufted cells using the Pcdh21-Cre driver and a Cre-dependent adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector, labeled with JF549-HaloTag ligand (Voltron2_{549}). Voltage change in the dendrites of the mitral cell in response to odor stimulation (1% amyl acetate) were imaged. The odor was delivered to a mouse nose for 5 seconds at 1 litter per minute.
