Z-series images of mouse cerebral cortex in vivo using SeeDB-Live
Description
Z-series images of anesthetized mouse cerebral cortex using SeeDB-Live. The neurons at a depth of 0-700 micrometer from the surface of the brain were imaged by two-photon confocal microscopy. EYFP expressed in the layer 5 extratelencephalic-projecting (L5ET) neurons were observed in the Thy-YFP-H transgenic mouse.
