Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb slice in ACSF
Description
Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb slice in ACSF. GCaMP6f was expressed in the mitral cells of the olfactory bulb, and it was imaged by confocal microscopy. Spontaneous activities of the neurons at a depth of 100 micrometer from the surface of the slice were imaged.
