Title
Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb stimulated with NMDA
Description
Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb slice immersed in ACSF. In the mitral cells of the olfactory bulb, GCaMP6f was expressed. Activities of the neurons stimulated with NMDA and glycine at a depth of 100 micrometer from the surface of the slice were imaged. This dataset includes the images before, during and after washing out the stimulant.
