Description
Time-lapse calcium imaging of mouse olfactory bulb slice after washing out SeeDB-Live. In the mitral cells of the olfactory bulb, GCaMP6f was expressed. Spontaneous activities of the neurons at a depth of 100 micrometer from the surface of the slice were imaged after washing out SeeDB-Live.
