Z-series images of L5ET neurons in primary somatosensory cortex of Thy1-YFP-H mouse
Description
Z-series images of an acute brain slice (300-micrometer thick) of Thy1-YFP-H mouse, in which layer 5 extratelencephalic-projecting (L5ET) neurons of somatosensory cortex were visualized. The brain slice in SeeDB-Live was imaged by one-photon confocal microscopy.
