Title
Time-lapse calcium imaging of cortical organoid using SeeDB-Live
Description
Time-lapse calcium imaging of cortical organoid induced from mouse embryonic stem cells. The organoid was immersed with SeeDB-Live during imaging. Spontaneous calcium transients of neurons were imaged with a calcium indicator, Calblyte-630AM.
