2PE-gSTED image of the neuronal dendrites in immunostained Thy1-YFP-H mouse brain
Description
2PE (Two-photon excitation microscopy)-gSTED image of the neuronal dendrites in immunostained Thy1-YFP-H mouse brain slice. The slice was immunostained with anti-GFP antibody, and visualized by AlexaFluor532-labeled secondary antibody. In this STED (stimulated-emission-depletion) imaging, the picoseconds excitation light pulse was applied and the detection was synchronized.
