Title
Z-series Lattice-SIM images of bio-psoralen and nucleophosmin in the presence of CX-5461
Description
Z-series Lattice-SIM images of bio-psoralen, which labeled underwound DNA, DAPI and nucleophosmin in the presence of CX-5461. CX-5461 is an inhibitor of RNA polymerase I transcription initiation. Channel1;nucleophosmin (a marker for granular component forming the shell of the nucleoli), Chennel2;psoralen, Channel3;DAPI

Biosample
Description
MC3T3-E1 mouse osteoblast-like cells in which underwound nuclear DNA was fluorescently labeled with psoralen
Extrinsic Variable
To inhibit RNAPI transcription initiation, cells were treated with 3 micromolar CX-5461 for 15 min. The biotinylated psoralen was applied to the cell and crosslinked to DNA by UV irradiation. After cell fixation, NeutrAvidin Protein, DyLight^{TM} 488 was applied and other staining was conducted.
