Description
Z-series images of P14 mouse brain. By using in utero electroporation, the authors electroporated a Cre-dependent tdTomato plasmid (pCALNL-tdTomato) and a small amount of Cre plasmid (pCAG-iCre) at E12 to label a subset of mitral cells sparsely. At P14 the brain was sliced and cleared with SeeDB2, and staind with DAPI.
