Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) image of beta-galactosidase activity in live HEK-LacZ cells in the presence of a beta-galactosidase-specific inhibitor
Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) image of beta-galactosidase activity in live HEK-LacZ cells in the presence of a beta-galactosidase-specific inhibitor
Description
SRS (stimulated Raman scattering) imaging of beta-galactosidase activity in live cultured cells. HEK-LacZ cells were incubated with 9C^{15}N-JCR-Bn-betaGal and 9CN-JR-Bn-betaGal in the presence of a beta-galactosidase-specific inhibitor (N-(n-nonyl)deoxygalactonojirimycin). Their peaks of the spectrum are 2190cm^{-1}, and 2227 cm^{-1} respectively.
