Description

SRS (stimulated Raman scattering) imaging of betaGal activity in live cultured cells. HEK-LacZ cells were incubated with 9C^{15}N-JCR-Bn-betaGal and 9CN-JR-Bn-betaGal were introdiced into HEK-LacZ. Their peaks of the spectrum are 2190cm^{-1}, and 2227 cm^{-1} respectively. AVG_47PE.tif is probe fluorescence image.
