Description
The Drosophila wing disc (genotype: en-Gal4, UAS-mCD8-GFP/UAS-lacZ), in which beta-galactosidase (coded by lacZ) and membrane-localized GFP are expressed only in the posterior region, was incubated with 9C^{15}N-JCR-Bn-betaGal in Schneider’s Drosophila medium containing 0.5% DMSO as a cosolvent for 2.5 h at room temperature. SRS signal was detected in the beta-galactosidase-expressing region (GFP-possitive area).
