Description

SRS (stimulated Raman scattering) imaging of beta-galactosidase activity in live cultured cells. HEK-LacZ cells were incubated with 9C^{15}N-JCR-Bn-betaGal and 9CN-JR-Bn-betaGal in D-MEM (phenol red free) containing 0.2% DMSO as a cosolvent for 2.5 h. Their peaks of the spectrum are 2190cm^{-1}, and 2227 cm^{-1} respectively.
