Time-lapse images of miniCic::mScarlet and nls::CFP::Venus in Drosophila pupa with gurken knockdown
Description
Time-lapse images of miniCic::mScarlet and nls::CFP::Venus in gurken-RNAi expressing Drosophila pupa from 20 hours after puparium formation (hAPF) to 35 hAPF. The nuclei of larval epidermal cells were specifically visualized by the nls::CFP::Venus expressed under the control of pnr-GAL4. In the larval epidermal cells, gurken, a ligand for epidermal growth factor receptor, was knocked down by expression of double-stranded RNA.
