Title
Time-lapse images of tubP-miniCic:: mScarlet and His3::mIFP for OptoDRONC-expressing Drosophila pupa
Description
Time-lapse images of tubP-miniCic:: mScarlet and His3::mIFP for OptoDRONC-expressing Drosophila pupa upon mild 488 nm laser exposure. After the laser exposure, OptoDRONC induced apoptosis of several larval epidermal cells by activating caspase. The nuclei of larval epidermal cells were specifically visualized by the His3::mIFP expressed under the control of pnr-GAL4. In the larval epidermal cells, miniCic::mScarlet (an ERK signaling reporter, miniCic, tagged with mScarlet) was expressed.
