Time-lapse images of miniCic::mScarlet and nls::CFP::Venus in control Drosophila pupa
Description
Time-lapse images of miniCic::mScarlet and nls::CFP::Venus in control Drosophila pupa from 20 hours after puparium formation (hAPF) to 40 hAPF. The nuclei of larval epidermal cells were specifically visualized by the nls::CFP::Venus expressed under the control of pnr-GAL4. In the larval epidermal cells, miniCic::mScarlet (an ERK signaling reporter, miniCic, tagged with mScarlet) was expressed. For temperature sensitive experiments, the pupa was incubated at 18 degC for 24 h then 29 degC for 6 h.
