Title
Time-lapse images of nls::CFP::Venus in control Drosophila pupa
Description
Time-lapse images of nls::CFP::Venus in control Drosophila pupa from 30 hours after puparium formation (hAPF) to 35 hAPF. The nuclei of larval epidermal cells were specifically visualized by the nls::CFP::Venus expressed under the control of pnr-GAL4. For temperature sensitive experiments, the pupa was incubated at 18 degC for 24 h then 29 degC for 6 h.
