Time-lapse images of nls::CFP::Venus in EGFR-RNAi expressing Drosophila pupa
Description
Time-lapse images of nls::CFP::Venus in EGFR-RNAi expressing Drosophila pupa from 20 hours after puparium formation (hAPF) to 35 hAPF. The nuclei of larval epidermal cells were specifically visualized by the nls::CFP::Venus expressed under the control of pnr-GAL4. In the larval epidermal cells, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) was knocked down by expression of double-stranded RNA for EGFR.
