Title
Bright-field and confocal images of transgenic tobacco BY-2 cells with Histone-RFP and PlasMem Bright Green staining
Description
This dataset was acquired to establish the deep-learning model for the virtual staining of plant cell structures. It contains stacked images of transgenic tobacco BY-2 cells (BY-HR) with the cell nucleus marker Histone-RFP (red) and the plasma membrane stained using PlasMem Bright Green (green). The file includes 193 frames, with the first 150 used for model training and the remaining 43 used for testing in the associated study. Each frame combines bright-field microscopy with corresponding fluorescence images to facilitate virtual staining analysis. Channel1; Histone-RFP, Channel2; PlasMem Bright Green, Channel3; bright field. This dataset is the same as the one registered on Figshare. https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.27247629.v1
