Description
Z-series images mitral cells in P6 mouse olfactory bulb with naris occlusion. By using in utero electroporation, the authors electroporated a Cre-dependent tdTomato plasmid (pCALNL-tdTomato) and a small amount of Cre plasmid (pCAG-Cre) at E12 to label a subset of mitral cells sparsely. From P0, unilateral naris was occluded. At P6 the brain was sliced and cleared with SeeDB2,
