Description
Z-series images of the barrel cortex of Grin1 knockout mouse at P14 in which layer 4 neurons were labeled by tdTomato. Grin1 coding NR1, an essential subunit of NMDA receptor was knocked out by using CRISPR-Cas9 and in utero electroporation. VGluT2 was visualized by immmunohistochemistry.
