FRET imaging of RhoA activity in mitral cells after KCl stimulation using the DORA-RhoA biosensor in the presence of TTX
Description
Time-lapse images of RhoA activity in olfactory bulb slice from P3 mouse, which was stimulated with KCl. RhoA activity was studied with DORA-RhoA, a FRET biosensor for RhoA.
