Z-series images of P6 mouse olfactory bulb, in which mitral cell and glomeruli were labeled
Description
Z-series images of OMP-GFP knockin mouse at P6 in which axons of olfactory sensory neurons were labeled with GFP. By using in utero electroporation, the authors electroporated a Cre-dependent tdTomato plasmid (pCALNL-tdTomato) and a small amount of Cre plasmid (pCAG-iCre) at E12 to label a subset of mitral cells sparsely. At P6 the brain was sliced and cleared with SeeDB2, After DAPI staining the imaging was conducted.
