Cell morphology of AZM-resistant E. coli cells from the first line of the resistant strain in the second dataset under phase contrast light microscopy at position 12
Description
In this study, the authors isolated four lines of Azithromycin (AZM)-resistant Escherichia coli (E. coli). This dataset includes one of the image of the E. coli in the first line. In the second dataset, single colonies were isolated from AZM-resistant E. coli and cultured without antibiotics. AZM-resistant cells from the first line of the resistant strain were difficult to evaluate qualitatively under phase contrast light microscopy, compared to the parental strain. The cell morphology showed difference among strains of four lines.
