Description
The 5 DAS (Days After Sowing) leaf primordia of wild-type (WT) Arabidopsis thaliana sample8 stained with BCECF-AM, used as the fluorescent indicator for vacuole, and FM4-64, used as the dye for plasma membrane. Z-series images were obtained by confocal microscopy. The size and shape of vacuole in the WT were small and dispersed.
