FE-SEM image of adaxial subepidermal cells and chloroplast in 4 DAS leaf primordia of WT-Arabidopsis thaliana_sample2
Description
The adaxial subepidermal cells in 4 DAS (Days After Sowing) leaf primordia cross-sections of wild-type (WT) Arabidopsis thaliana sample2 were observed using a field emission-scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Compared to mutant an3, small vacuoles and much less intercellular space were shown in WT. The image of chloroplast was magnified from the image of adaxial subepidermal cells.
