3D images of mitochondria in living HeLa cells with conventional SIM with single-photon light sheet activation
Description
3D images of mitochondria visualized by Skylan-NS in living HeLa cells with conventional structured illumination microscopy (SIM) mode using single-photon light sheet activation were obtained. Skylan-NS is a photoswitchable green fluorescent protein. CW laser is used for single-photon activation, which is more efficient and allows measurement with higher temporal resolution.
