Fluorescence images of spheroid of living HeLa cells labeled by rsGamillus-S in SPIM mode for two-photon activation
Description
Fluorescence images of histone H2B in the cell spheroids of living HeLa cells labeled by rsGamillus-S were obtained in selective plane illumination microscopy (SPIM) mode using two-photon activation. The observation of histone H2B in HeLa-cell spheroids could be achieved by SPIM. rsGamillus-S is an acid-resistance photoswitchable fluorescent protein, which owns exceptionally high on-switching rate to show the nuclei more clearly. Two-photon activation using a scanned Bessel beam produces a wider FOV and a higher axial resolution.
