Title
Time-lapse images of mitochondria of living HeLa cells in SPA-SIM mode for single-photon activation
Description
The mitochondria labeled with Skylan-NS in living HeLa cells were obserbed in selective-plane-activation structured illumination microscopy (SPA-SIM) mode using single-photon activation. SPA-SIM visualizes mitochondrial fusion at a higher spatial resolution. Skylan-NS is a photoswitchable green fluorescent protein. CW laser is used for single-photon activation, which is more efficient and allows measurement with higher temporal resolution.
