Fluorescence images of autophagosomes in living MEFs obtained in SPA-SIM mode for single-photon activation
Description
The autophagosomes labeled with the autophagy marker protein LC3B fused to Skylan-NS in living mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) in selective-plane-activation structured illumination microscopy (SPA-SIM) mode using single-photon activation. Fluorescence images of autophagosomes in living MEFs in SPA-SIM mode were captured. Skylan-NS is a photoswitchable green fluorescent protein. LC3B is to function in expansion of the autophagosomal membrane. CW laser is used for single-photon activation, which is more efficient and allows measurement with higher temporal resolution.
