The NIR depth-coding autofluorescence images of nuclei in Roquette roots
Description
A depth-coding image of nuclei based on z-stack images in roquette roots of 4-day-old Eruca vesicaria subsp. Sativa. The NIR autofluorescence imaging approach has no need for a fluorescent protein reporter and can reduce the genetic manipulation time of introducing encoded nuclear markers into mutant plants to improve the efficiency of monitoring the cell nuclei movement in root. Z-stack images were taken at different depths in a specimen and used to observe three dimensional structures.
