The time-lapse images of observing in vitro-cultivated hdg11/12 pdf2 ovules expressing WOX2p::H2B-GFP and WOX2p::LTI-tdTomato
Description
The marker WOX2p::H2B-GFP to label the embryo nucleus of Arabidopsis and the marker WOX2p::LTI-tdTomato to label the plasma membrane (PM) showed that after the zygote division the apical cell of in vitro-cultivated hdg11/12 pdf2 ovules expands to take on a special shape before dividing vertically. The pdf2 mutant was introduced into the hdg11/12 mutant to get the hdg11/12 pdf2 triple mutant.
