Title
The time-lapse images of observing in vitro-cultivated WT ovules expressing WOX2p::H2B-GFP and WOX2p::LTI-tdTomato
Description
The marker WOX2p::H2B-GFP to label the embryo nucleus of Arabidopsis and the marker WOX2p::LTI-tdTomato to label the plasma membrane (PM) showed that after the zygote division the apical cell of in vitro-cultivated WT ovules expands to take on a special shape before dividing vertically. The Arabidopsis lines expressing WOX2::H2B-GFP and WOX2p::LTI-tdTomato were original to the authors of this paper.
