Pollen tube dynamics in the Arabidopsis MYB98p::GFP pistil
Description
Time-lapse images of the pistil of Arabidopsis thaliana. Pollen tube growth and pollen tube guidance within the pistil are visualized by expressing mTFP1 or TagRFP. Synergid cells were visualized with GFP.
