Description

Time-lapse images of collective cell migration of MDCK cells with matrigel cover. The cells were seeded with triangular-shaped pattern. To analyse the effects of the surrounding ECM (extracellular matrix) on collective cell migration, the cells were covered with growth factor-reduced-matrigel containing various components of ECM.
