Time-lapse TIRF images of EGFR-GFP on MbCD treated-CHO–K1 cells with EGF stimulation
Description
Time-lapse TIRF (total internal reflection fluorescence) images of EGFR-GFP on MbCD (methyl-beta-cyclodextrin) treated-CHO–K1 cells with EGF stimulation. Cells were administrated MbCD for 1 hour to deplete cholesterol from the plasma membrane.
