Description
Z-series images of a xenograft derived from BT-474 human breast cancer cell line. The tumor xenograft was labeled with DyLight 650-Trastuzumab, propidium iodide, and CD31. The imaging was conducted with descSPIM, the desktop- equipped SPIM (selective plane illumination microscopy). This dataset is processed and combined data of other 10 datasets in this project.
