Description
Z-series images of Thy1-YFP-H mouse brain stained with propidium iodide, which were obtained with descSPIM, the desktop- equipped SPIM (selective plane illumination microscopy). This dataset contains the images of right and anterior region of the brain. The images were measured from dorsal side of the brain.
