Z-series images of immotile cilia with DAPT treatment
Description
Z-series images of immotile cilia with DAPT ( N-[N-(3, 5-difluorophenacetyl)-l-alanyl]-S- phenylglycine t-butyl ester) treatment from late bud stage of the cultured embryo. The immotile cilia in mouse embryo at 0-2 somite stages were immunostained with Pkd2::Venus and acetylated tubulin.
