Description
Z-series images of BOR1 (borate transporter)-GFP, AP4M-TagRFP and iRFP-SYP61 in Arabidopsis root obtained by SCLIM (super-resolution confocal live-imaging microscopy). The images are also included that were processed using deconvolution algorithms with theoretical point-spread functions in Volocity software.
