Z-series images of myocardial organoids by AMATERAS2. The organoid was stained with Hoechst33342 and immunostained with troponin T. This dataset includes the images of troponin T immunofluorescence. The data of Hoechst33342 is reposited in another dataset, Hoechst33342.
