Z-series images of Coryne uchidai
Description
Z-series images of Coryne uchidai for the quantitative analysis of tentacle arrangements. XXX.lif file contains 3D imaging data of Coryne uchidai. It is used to obtain the coordinates (X, Y, Z) of the tentacle bases, starting from the mouth as the reference point. XXX.lifext file includes some series of data from different X, Y positions, with the last series containing the complete tiling data. The morphology of Coryne uchidai was visualized with DAPI-staining.
