Time-lapse images of COX8a=mStayGold in HeLa cells, showing relatively stable mitochondrial membrane
Description
HeLa cells expressing COX8a=mStayGold, which visualize inner mitochondrial membrane dynamics, were imaged by SDSRM (SpinSR10). Single-plane images were acquired continuously at 8.70 frames/second (exposure time: 100 ms). This data highlights stable mitochondria.
