Time-lapse lattice SIM images of COX8a=mStayGold in HeLa cells
Description
Time-lapse lattice SIM images of COX8a=mStayGold in HeLa cells. To visualize inner mitochondrial membranes, the authors fused mStayGold to the C terminus of subunit CoxVIIIa of cytochrome c oxidase (COX8a=mStayGold). Cells were 3D scanned with a z step size of 0.11 micrometer over an axial range of 2.08 micrometer by lattice SIM.
