Time-normalized images of vacuolar membrane in elongating Arabidopsis zygotes
Description
As Arabidopsis zygote elongation speed is variable, the authors picked out the time of Dataset; Fig1b_Vac_1, and normalized the time to 10 time points with nine equal intervals, visualizing the dynamics of vacuolar membrane from the onset of cell elongation to the beginning of asymmetric cell division.
