3D-rendered image of bilaminoid on day 6 in the presence of nTB
Description
3D-rendered image of bilaminoid generated spontaneously by the mixture of naive hPSCs (human pluripotent stem cells) and nHyCs (naive hPSC-derived hypoblast-like cells expressing GFP) on day 6. The bilaminoid was generated in the presence of nTB (trophectoderm/trophoblast-like cells). After fixation, the bilaminoid was stained for PAR6, GFP, and DAPI.
