Description
Time lapse images visualizing interactions between tissue-resident cells (AML12 cells labelled with mCherry) and cancer cells (MC-38 cells labelled with Azurite) by sGRAPHIC system. In sGRAPHIC system, GFP fluorescence is detected when sC-GR and N- GR interact with each other. MC-38/sC-GR and AML12/N- GR were co-cultured at 1:50. channel0; Azurite, channel1; GFP, channel2; mCherry
