Time-lapse images of KIF5C moving on GDP-MT (GDP-microtubules) in vitro. The dimeric KIF5C (constitutive active recombinant: K560) runs on a subset of GDP microtubules in the presence of 1 mM ATP. KIF5C was genetically fused with eGFP.
